Mindful Art Classes - Book Now

You don't need to be artistic or able to draw as the classes are step-by-step taught. The classes are all about relaxing and helping you find a way to practice being mindful, so there is no pressure to create a masterpiece. Although, we reckon you'll be pretty surprised at your final piece!

Mindful Art Class from 6-7.15pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early to be settled into class with a drink before starting.

Set up is:

  • Guided meditation

  • Drawing

  • Colouring

  • Painting

All materials are provided, plus tea, coffee and biscuits.
